This page describes what information Angel Custom Homes collects through this website and the Client Portal, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It's written in plain language because it should be.
What we collect
- Marketing site visitors: we collect nothing personally identifiable. We do not run third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics.
- If you submit a contact form or download the checklist: we store the name, email, phone, and any project details you share, only so we can respond.
- If you sign in to the Client Portal: we store your email address and the profile name you give us, plus the project information (photos, milestones, documents, invoices) that we add on your behalf as your home is built.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries about building with us.
- To deliver the free checklist if you request it.
- To run your Client Portal account — signing you in, showing you only your project, and notifying you of milestone updates.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate the website and portal:
- Supabase — secure database and authentication for the Client Portal.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (sign-in links, milestone notifications).
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
These vendors are bound by their own privacy and security policies. We never sell data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.
How long we keep it
- Marketing inquiries: retained while your project is being scoped, then archived for our records. You may request deletion at any time.
- Client Portal data: retained for the life of your project and a reasonable period after completion (typically the duration of your warranty period). You may request deletion at any time after warranty closeout.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what we have on you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your information (subject to legal recordkeeping requirements for active contracts).
- Stop receiving emails (the Client Portal allows you to unsubscribe from milestone notifications while keeping your account).
Email our team for any of the above and we'll respond within a few business days.
Security
The Client Portal is protected by row-level security at the database level — you can technically only access your own project, even if someone tried to query the database directly. All connections use HTTPS. Magic-link sign-in means there is no password to leak. Files (photos, documents) are served via signed URLs that expire after one hour.
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies to keep you signed in to the Client Portal. No advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party scripts.

If this policy changes materially, we will note it at the top of this page. The most recent update date is always shown above.
